For licensed life insurance producers
An assistant that runs your follow-up — and never sends anything you haven't seen.
G-Rated VA drafts appointment reminders, cadences, carrier check-ins, and save-queue outreach for your book of business. Every message sits in an approval queue until you say go. Built by Jeffrey Momon for his own agency, not by a software company.
The trust feature
It drafts. You approve. Nothing sends unattended.
Every text, email, and carrier note G-Rated VA wants to send lands in a queue first — client, channel, and the exact message. You read it, edit it, or kill it. If you never open the queue, nothing goes out.
There is no "trust the AI" mode you have to opt into later; the queue is the only door outbound messages walk through.
What it does
The parts of your day that are follow-up, not selling
Appointment setting & follow-up cadences
New leads get worked on a schedule — first touch, reminders, no-show recovery — through approved drafts instead of a notes app you forget to check.
One book of business, whichever CRM you're in
GoHighLevel and Agent CRM both feed the same picture of a client, so a lead sitting in both systems doesn't become two half-followed-up records.
Carrier follow-up
Drafts status check-ins on pending applications, outstanding requirements, and draft-date changes — you approve, it sends, it reads the reply and updates the case.
A save queue for lapsing policies
NSFs, missed drafts, and grace periods open a conservation case with a deadline and a dollar figure, so the policies about to cost you money don't get buried under new leads.
Commission & chargeback tracking
Advances, as-earned, and chargeback exposure tracked per policy, so you can see what you've been paid and what a lapse would actually cost you before it happens.
A morning brief
Who to call today, what's pending approval, what's at risk in the save queue — one summary instead of five tabs.
Compliance is built in, not bolted on
The guardrails live in the code every message passes through
- Quiet hours — enforced in the contact's own timezone, not yours.
- Opt-out detection — any reasonable wording, not just "STOP," written to a permanent suppression list.
- Volume caps — a hard ceiling on contact attempts so a bad loop can't blast a client.
- The licensed-activity line — G-Rated VA schedules, reminds, collects contact info, and relays factual case status. It does not quote premiums, explain benefits, recommend or compare products, take an application, or promise approval. Those stay with you, the licensed producer.
This describes what the software enforces. It is not a compliance guarantee, and it doesn't replace your own TCPA consent and A2P registration — those are yours to keep in order.
Pricing
Two plans. One setup fee, one flat monthly rate.
Starter fills your calendar. Pro runs the book. Both bill the setup fee once and the monthly rate every month after — nothing per message, no per-seat pricing.
Starter
For a solo producer working a smaller book.
- Appointment setting and follow-up cadences
- Sync with one CRM (GoHighLevel / Agent CRM)
- Approval queue — you approve every message before it sends
- Up to 250 contacts
- 15 assistant chats per day
- 30-minute kickoff call before anything is built
- Email support, next business day
Not included on Starter:
- Email inbox monitoring
- Commission and carrier reporting
- Book-of-business and win/loss tracking
- Save queue for lapsing policies
Pro
For a producer who wants the whole book run, not just the calendar.
- Everything in Starter, plus:
- Email inbox monitoring — carrier and client mail read and acted on
- Commission statements and daily carrier reports captured automatically
- Book-of-business tracking with wins, losses and premium at risk
- Save queue that flags lapsing and NSF policies before they fall off
- Unlimited contacts
- 40 assistant chats per day
- Full kickoff call with no time cap
- 24/7 on-hand support — not a ticket queue
Cancel the subscription any time. All sales are final — the setup fee and monthly charges are non-refundable, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding past ones. You can move from Starter to Pro later and pay only the difference in setup fee ($200) — never a second full setup. See the Terms for details.
What you need to bring
G-Rated VA plugs into what you already run
It's not a replacement for your CRM or your number — it works the ones you have.
Your own CRM
GoHighLevel or Agent CRM. That's where your contacts and pipeline already live.
Your own A2P-verified number
Texts go out on a number you've already registered. G-Rated VA doesn't get you around A2P — you need to have that done.
Your own carrier logins
So it can actually check case status instead of guessing.
After you buy
What happens next
-
Intake form
A short form on your book, your CRM, your carriers, and what you want automated vs. left alone — so the kickoff call isn't a cold start.
-
Kickoff call with Jeffrey
You walk through your actual workflow together and agree on what G-Rated VA should and shouldn't do.
-
He builds and tests it
Your instance gets configured against your CRM, number, and carriers, and run in dry-run mode before anything can send.
-
Delivery
You start approving drafts from the queue. Nothing sends unattended before you're ready.
-
On-hand support
Jeffrey runs this in his own book of business — support isn't a ticket queue, it's him.
